Tips To Getting Rid Of Dandruff Permanently


Dandruff is a skin condition that mainly affects the scalp. And it is the most common problem for people of all age groups. Symptoms include flaking and sometimes mild itchiness. The cause of dandruff can be many such as the dry scalp, a skin condition called seborrheic dermatitis, eczema, psoriasis, an overgrowth of a yeast-like fungus called Malassezia. Aspirin:

Aspirin has salicylic acid as many medicated dandruff shampoos. Make a fine powder from aspirins by crushing two aspirins and adding it to the normal amount of shampoo you use each time you wash your hair. Then leave the mixture on your hair for 1-2 minutes, then rinse well and wash again with plain shampoo.

Baking Soda:

Baking soda holds the key to an itch-free and flake-free scalp. Baking soda reduces overactive fungi that can cause dandruff. You have to put some water and wet your hair and then rub a handful of baking soda vigorously into your scalp. It is better to skip the shampoo and go right to rinsing.

Coconut Oil:                                                               

Coconut oil is a great remedy for dandruff. Before showering, you have to massage your scalp with 3-5 tablespoons of coconut oil and let it sit for about an hour. Then shampoo normally. You can also use a shampoo that already contains coconut oil.

Lemon:

Lemon is also helpful in eliminating dandruff, you need to massage 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into your scalp and rinse with water. After that, stir 1 teaspoon of lemon juice into 1 cup of water and then rinse your hair with it. Repeat this procedure daily until your dandruff disappears completely.

Garlic:

Garlic has antimicrobial properties which are perfect for eliminating dandruff-causing bacteria. You need to crush garlic and rub it into your scalp. To avoid the smell of garlic, you need to mix the crushed garlic with honey and massage it into the scalp before washing.

Olive oil:

An overnight olive oil soak is a traditional remedy for dandruff. You need to massage about 10 drops into your scalp and cover your head with a shower cap overnight. Shampoo in the morning.

Egg Yolks:

Egg yolk contains biotin which is one of those vitamins that can help treat dandruff, apply egg yolks on hair and keep it for an hour then wash your hair with a good shampoo.

Yogurt:

Yogurt is a good source of probiotics, and it prevents scaling of the scalp. All you need to do is shampoo your hair and rinse. Then apply the yogurt to your scalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Rinse your hair, and then wash again using a small amount of shampoo.

Aloe Vera:

Aloe Vera is very effective to reduce dandruff. Both aloe vera gel and aloe vera extracts can be used. Aloe vera moisturizes and soothes the dry scalp and removes dead skin cells. The anti-inflammatory compound of aloe vera which is known as glycoproteins helps to reduce inflammation and soothes itching sensation. Aloe vera can be used with oil, curd, lemon, and also in various other ways to reduce dandruff.

Tea tree oil:

Tea Tree oil is very effective for treating dandruff due to its antifungal properties. A few drops of tea tree oil with a good quality shampoo are found to be effective in getting rid of dandruff.
